What do I receive at the end of the audit?

You receive two deliverables: a detailed audit report that documents every finding with context and evidence, and a prioritized strategy document that translates those findings into a clear, actionable roadmap. We present both in a live review session where you can ask questions and discuss priorities.

Do you implement the recommendations or just provide the report?

We can do either. Many clients engage us to both audit and implement. Others take the report to their in-house team or existing developer. We are flexible. If you want us to execute the strategy, we can scope that as a follow-on engagement with clear deliverables and timelines.
